The hustle and bustle of Christmas and New Year is over so it is about time I
posted a round up of our first ever Blogger’s Secret Santa.
First of all I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone that took part for making it a success. I’ve heard lots of feed back from you all and we will definitely be running it again next year.
The diversity of the 28 that took part was pretty astounding. The subjects covered on the blogs involved included beauty, fashion, food, lifestyle, craft, diy, interior design, art, film, mobile, technology, programming, photography, business, PR, disability, parenthood, NLP and even Eurovision!
I was so pleased to have such a mixed bunch, but it didn’t make the gift buying easy. Participants scoured blogs and twitter feeds to try and pick the perfect gift and from what I’ve heard, they got it spot on!
This whole project was about getting to know other bloggers and giving a little thanks – from that point of view I think it has been a success and a lovely way to end 2012. I really hope those that took part feel the same and have gotten to know some fellow bloggers that they hadn’t bumped in to online yet.

I’m a Yank, so I can’t play. Well, not really a Yank, but I live in American on the West Coast, so guilt by association???
Vicki Higham says
I thought about making it international but I wasn’t sure about postage fees and taxes? Maybe next year I could pair people up by country. You could start your own for the US?
