There’s no point in denying it, I’m pretty much addicted to Pinterest. It’s so easy to flounce around pinning crafts and recipes and DIYs, dreaming of all the things I’ll make, but for some reason, actually doing them is another story. So far I have pinned 131 Crafts and 49 Recipes. Out of all those things that I so desperately wanted to try, I’ve done 13. If I carry on at this rate (and don’t pin anything else), I figure it will take me 12 years to try them all! Enough is enough I say, time to make a to do list and get on with it…
Over October/November I promise to do the following:
2. Paint a chalkboard wall in kitchen
3. Make chalkboard labels for my storage jars
4. Cook a big batch of chicken noodle soup
6. Knit a throw
7. Make two felt circle cushion covers
9. Choose bathroom tiles & paint (harder than I thought)
10. Try out some quinoa recipes
10. Try out some quinoa recipes
I’m hoping to do a blog post for each thing I get up to so keep your eyes peeled if you’re interested in seeing how I get on. Also, if you’re using Pinterest leave me a comment with your URL, I love browsing through other people’s pins. I’m here.

Knit a throw? In two months? Use really big needles and really chunky wool. I’ve been making mine since about April! It’s not on Pinterest but many other distractions are…http://pinterest.com/janieface/

I’m looking to use a chunky cotton like this http://www.deramores.com/wendy-supreme-luxury-cotton-chunky and garter stitch. Still underestimating it? How big is your throw going to be?
