This past month has been a little crazy. I made it in to Bloglovin’s top 3 UK up and coming food blogs, my home made crisp recipe made Tastespotting’s 4th favourite recipe of the week and I passed the 20,000 views mark. You’ve made me one very happy blogger! With this in mind I thought it was time to host a giveaway to thank you all for your support.
So many of you have told me how much you’d love to try out my crisp recipe but you don’t have a mandolin -I have one to give away to one lucky reader.
I use my mandolin whenever I can. It’s so easy to slice the veggies up and I love how they’re all the perfect size – it just makes my life easier. The one I have to give away has a snazzy dial that lets you choose between julienne and slices in various thicknesses – no sharp blades to change around. I think that’s pretty damn clever, not to mention it’s quite a sexy piece of kit to have.
To be in with a chance of winning one, fill your details in to the RaffleCopter below. Each entry is checked so make sure you’re doing whatever you say you are. Good luck!

Thank you for the giveaway! I’ve always wanted some sort of contraption to make chopping vegetables easier – it is SO time consuming!

I keep trying to convince myself to try your crisps using the food processor, but I don’t know if I’m brave enough! Ace idea for a give away.

Ooh exciting! I tried to make crisps using the slicer side of my cheese grater, and they kind of worked but it took forever to slice just one potato. If I’m unlucky, I’ll definitely be investing in one of these x
