The Brandy Apple- an Autumn cocktail
  • 50ml VS Brandy
  • 200ml Cloudy Apple Juice
  • 100ml Ginger Ale
  • Ice
  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour over the brandy and apple juice.
  3. Top with ginger ale.
  4. Garnish with a slice of apple
Try a finishing note for a variation on this drink: a dash of bitters, a splash of vanilla syrup or a squeeze of lime.

For a warmed version, heat the apple juice and brandy, pour in to mugs then top with the ginger ale.
