The best barbecue ribs

Ingredients
Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 160C (325C, Gas Mark 3)
  2. Trim any excess fat from the ribs and brush both sides with the sauce
  3. Place the ribs in a roasting tin and cover the top with tinfoil. Cook for 2 hours 45 minutes
  4. Turn the oven up to 200C (400F, Gas Mark 6)
  5. Remove the foil and slide a rack under the ribs. Place back in the oven for a final 15 minutes. This allows the sauce to reduce to a sticky glaze.
  6. To serve, cut along the meat between each rib.
