Rhubarb and Orange Vodka

Ingredients
  • 400g rhubarb, cleaned and cut in to inch long pieces.
  • 250g sugar
  • The zest of 1 whole orange
  • 750ml vodka
Method
  1. Pile the ingredients in a sterilised, sealable jar.
  2. Pour the vodka over.
  3. Seal the jar and shake.
  4. Leave in a cool dark place for around 3 weeks. Shake every few days.
  5. Pour through a sieve and transfer in to a bottle.
