Rhubarb and Orange Vodka

- 400g rhubarb, cleaned and cut in to inch long pieces.
- 250g sugar
- The zest of 1 whole orange
- 750ml vodka
- Pile the ingredients in a sterilised, sealable jar.
- Pour the vodka over.
- Seal the jar and shake.
- Leave in a cool dark place for around 3 weeks. Shake every few days.
- Pour through a sieve and transfer in to a bottle.
