Healthy Chocolate Shake

This recipe makes two servings
Ingredients
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Banana, peeled
  • 3 Tsp Cacao (Creative nature is my favourite.
  • Water
  • Honey or maple syrup to taste.
Method
  1. Peel the avocado and remove the stone.
  2. Add it to the blender along with the banana and cacao.
  3. Blend until smooth then add a little water and blend again until you've reached the desired consistency.
  4. Sweeten to taste with honey or maple syrup
Notes
You may find that you need more or less cacao depending on the brand that you're using. I have no idea why there seems to be such a difference in the flavour intensity between brands.
